We're serving tasty Smoked Barbecue & Seafood; from our mobile kitchen. Smoking our meats over real oak wood at a low heat of 200 to 250 degrees in a smoker, smoking low and slow. Checkout the smoke-rings in our meats; the pleasingly deep wood flavor is there.

Amazing BBQ!!!

I ordered the Smoked Rib Dinner which comes with 2 sides. They have about 10 different side dishes to choose from (some are seasonal). I got the collard greens and the turkey rice. I also got the Smoked Mullet Dip. Everything was absolutely delicious.

Great Smoked Snow Crab

Just stumbled across this food truck smoker. Had to try the smoked crab tray. Very good crab and shrimp. And the corn and potatoes were great too

We tried a smoked mullet and it was pretty moist.
